Power of superhero teaches us HR lessons

 Professor X (Charles Xavier): 

                           Professor X has the power of reading anyone’s mind. He has the ability to get his work done by manipulating other’s mind.

As HR professionals have to do same things with employees. They have to know what is running in employee’s mind and accordingly get the work done.

Iron-man (Tony Stark):

                            Iron-man has power in his armour. Apart from that of that he is keeps innovating new things and keeps his present armours upgraded to face future. E.g. hulk buster armour.

HR people have to forecast future and accordingly be ready with new techniques which are proactive in action to face new challenges.

Hawkeye (Clint Barton):

Hawkeye has quality to see things clearly from far away from him. Nothing escapes his eyes.

HR person has to be attentive towards the employees and keep a check on their performance so as to know whether the employees are delivering as expected or not.

Hulk (Dr. Bruce Banner):

Hulk, the green monster, who gets power from his anger which at times gets out of his control. But when he is not in the hulk form i.e. in human form (Dr. Banner) can be considered as a “Human computer.”

HR professionals must have analytical skills. They have to face many things on regular basis. So many times they got anger and start firing on employees who has come to him for problem. So HR have to balance both things by controlling on anger.

Thor:

Thor is from Asgard very far from the planet Earth. He is the lord of thunder. He derives his power from thunders and storms and his trusted weapon Mjolnir.

HR manager should have the ability to influence others and have a leadership qualities. He must use his authority wisely.

Magneto (Erik Magnus Lehnsherr):

Magneto is a mutant, who has the power of attracting metals and can do whatever he wants.

HR have to attract employees to organization and organize them and bind them together and get things done.

Black Blot:

Black Blot is king of all inhuman. His quality is to silence. Because when he open his mouth his sound waves can destroy everything.

HR manager should ensure confidentially of employees. He should not pass employee’s personal stuff to others.

 Mister Fantastic:

Mr. Fantastic is leader of the called fantastic four which contain members like Invisible woman, the thing and human torch. Mr. Fantastic has power of flexibility and able to solve the problems of inter dimensions of world.

HR has to be flexible enough to handle the problems from both internal factors and external factors. Handing and allotting limited resources efficiently and effectively.

Ant man:

As the name says he can reduce or increase his size and also can lift 50 times more weight as an ant can.

As HR has to deal with various people from lower level to top level but every person has different level for understanding so, HR has do as Ant man they have change their level to make them understand.

Wolverine:

Wolverine is a mutant who is prepared as weapon X, his power is in his claws which is made up of strongest metal of earth and has the ability to recover from any serious injury on his body.

HR manager should have ability to recover from any situation arising out of internal and external environment.

Black Panther:

Black Panther is a master planner who always thinks several step ahead and will go to extreme measures to achieve his goals and protect the kingdom of Wakanda.

HR must be able to create such environment in the work place that their employees feel excited to come for work every day.
