Power of superhero teaches us HR lessons
Professor X (Charles Xavier): Professor X has the power of reading anyone’s mind. He has the ability to get his work done by manipulating other’s mind. As HR professionals have to do same things with employees. They have to know what is running in employee’s mind and accordingly get the work done. Iron-man (Tony Stark): Iron-man has power in his armour. Apart from that of that he is keeps innovating new things and keeps his present armours upgraded to face future. E.g. hulk buster armour. HR people have to forecast future and accordingly be ready with new techniques which are proactive in action to face new challenges. Hawkeye (Clint Barton): Hawkeye has quality to see things clearly from far away from him. Nothing escapes his eyes. HR person has to be attentive towards the employees and keep a check on their performance so as to know whether the employees are delivering as expected or not.
